Registration Information

Guidelines:

Pre-Registration
The cost of registration will be $65 for all registrations received on or before May 15, 2012. Your registration will include a Hutchinson 2012 commemorative t-shirt, a souvenir book, one ticket to the banquet to be held Thursday, June 7, 2012.

* Though your registration cost will be $65 if received on or before May 15, 2012 the deadline to receive the Hutchinson 2012 commemorative t-shirt along with your registration will be Monday, April 30, 2012.

The Hutchinson 2012 commemorative t-shirt is a limited print item and will not be made available without your pre-registration by Monday, April 30, 2012.

Late Registration
Any registration received after May 15, 2012 and before May 31, 2012 will be $75. Your late registration will include a souvenir book, and one ticket to the banquet.

On-Site Registration
Any on-site registrations will be $75. Your on-site registration will include a souvenir book (while supplies last). A ticket to the banquet can't be guaranteed as the plate counts must be turned in no later than May 31, 2012 to the catering company.

Dual Registration
For those of you that are Eastern Stars and wish to register for both sessions we have agreed to a special registration cost of $100 for any dual registrations that are received on or before May 15, 2012. Any registration received after May 15, 2012 will be $120. The same guidelines as above will apply. .

In order for a Master Mason to register for the Eastern Star Grand Chapter Session you will need to process the registration through the Grand Lodge Coordinating Committee, otherwise your registration will be denied. With this registration you will receive only one of each item and be guaranteed access to both meeting sessions.

Additional Banquet Tickets
If you are in need of additional banquet tickets they will be available on or before May 31, 2012 for $30 each.

Online Registration
For those of you that desire to register online click here. All payments are securely processed through PayPal and a $3.95 convenience fee will be applied. The benefit of this option is:
1) That there are no paper forms to fill out and mail
2) All of your transactions will be electronically recorded
3) Your registration will be processed immediately.

NOTE: You may process your registration online without making an online payment. This online manual option will send an email to you confirming receipt of your registration information. You should then print and mail the completed form to the address provided with a Check or Money Order made payable to the "Price Hall Grand Lodge of Kansas" with "Grand Session Registration" in the memo portion. You will not be considered registered until the payment is received regardless of when you processed your information online.
